Making Graduation Easy

It's that time of year, Preschool Graduation Season! I've hosted my fair share of graduation ceremonies and it is easily one of the busiest, most stressful days of the year.  A couple of years ago I put together a graduation set to make everything just a little easier on myself.  I use all of these materials year after year, which means that I save time on designing materials, and I always know exactly what I need.

I hope that you will find them helpful too - If you've already had your graduation celebration this year, it's never too early to start thinking about next year!

End of the Year Award Ribbons - These Alliteration Awards are so cute! The set includes 27 different ribbons, so you can easily chose something different for each student in your class, and they recognize a wide range of skills, talents, and characteristics so you are sure to find something for every single child.  These are specifically designed to cut down on the time you spend coming up with different award ideas - it's done for you - all you have to do is cut them out and decide which child gets each award.

Graduation invitations - Use the images from this file to create your own graduation invitations. Download the PDF, use the snapshot tool to copy and paste it into a Word document, and then add your text over the top for easy invitations that take no time to put together! Also make sure to check out the Diploma Freebie that goes with this set, it has been updated to reflect this year, and is a great way to tie all of your ceremony components together.

End of the Year Memory Book - This is one of my favorite activities to do with my students all year long. I love to hear their answers to all of the different questions and see what they remember about the past year. It is also an incredible way to see how much they've grown - the focus that is required to complete the book, and the writing and drawing skills will blow your mind!

I've got more End of the Year materials available, but these are the ones that I've found to be the most meaningful, and the most helpful.  If you are looking for additional ceremony and decoration ideas, take a look at these posts:
